Standard Schedule
- Time: Wednesday at 17:00.
- Timing: Special events must be announced 2 weeks in advance.
Procedure
- Drafting: Drafts are located on the Google Drive.
- Approval: Seek approval from 2 Dragons.
- 2-day Rule: If a request for approval has not been rejected in 2 days, it is considered approved.
Requirements
- Announcements should always refer to the Discord event.
- Legal Requirements: Legal announcements must contain full VZW info (see Legal Information).
- Roles: PR does copywriting, Media handles graphics.
