Roles are responsibilities. You don’t have to do everything yourself, but you must ensure it gets done.
Exclusive Roles
The first four roles are exclusive and cannot be combined with each other.
Thane
The head of the organization. Responsible for planning, distributing tasks, and leading meetings.
Viceroy
Second in command. Assists the Thane and keeps them in check.
Secretary
Handles paperwork, digital documents, and meeting notes.
Treasurer
Responsible for bookkeeping, event budgets, and financial reporting.
Other Roles
PR (Marketing)
Copywriting for all communications. Follows the 2-day Rule.
Media (Marketing)
Formatting, graphics, and brand consistency. See Branding.
Dragon Resources (DR)
Our HR department. Minimizes drama and checks on mental health.
Discord Mod
Responsible for Discord organization, bots, and channels.
Scribe (Scriptor)
Takes notes during General Meetings.
General Venturer
Default role for standard meetups or when no specific Venturer is assigned.
